The Graduate Business Development Executive is responsible for all new business lead generation activity, pipeline management and driving prospects to qualified opportunities in order to meet individual revenue creation.

In this role, you will work with regional field marketing leads to exercise marketing campaigns, using your knowledge of German to prospect and engage new potential clients in the initial stages of sales process to deliver highly qualified opportunities to the sales team to support their revenue and billings targets. Opportunities are generated using SPIN Selling techniques where the new business executive is expected to use SCOTSMAN Qualification techniques.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the generation of opportunities within specific geographies targeting IT decision makers
• Responsible for tracking and forecasting performance against target reports
• Follow up campaigns and providing detailed feedback on the success of each campaign
• Keeping the CRM database up to date and managing information in the database on all prospects and opportunities
• Working closely with the EMEA Sales team
• Working with Partners on call out days and events where required

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
• Fluent German speaker (to business level)
• Full, preferably clean, UK driving licence
• 1+ year preferred of related experience in B2B Telephone outbound selling
• Graduate degree preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
• Superb communication skills to introduce products and services focusing on business benefits and advantages
• Experience with CRM would be an advantage
• Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player
• Detail and results orientated
• Works well under pressure
