Edenbridge is a rural based community hospital, which cares for patients undergoing a period of rehabilitation.
 A 19 bedded nurse-led unit with the philosophy of prevention of unnecessary admissions to acute hospital and promotion of independence especially in the older person.

Edenbridge is close to Sevenoaks, and has two train stations with regular trains from London Bridge and Surrey Also just 45 minutes drive from parts of London and free parking available.

Experience of caring for patients with long term conditions in both the acute and chronic phase is essential as is an understanding of the National Service Framework for Older People.
Candidates will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach and enjoy working within a team and completely motivated and passionate in caring for older people.
 Skills required include administration of intravenous therapies, phlebotomy, ECGs and comprehensive nursing assessment and a teaching qualification would be desirable.
Band 6 applicants will need to demonstrate significant clinical leadership skills.
