THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the Sales Data Administrator is to support the London GET Sales team through lead development and lead management. The Sales Data Administrator will also support the In-Bound sales team who handle our enquiries through fielding incoming Freephone calls from prospective merchants, taking details, logging onto Sales Force and notifying the appropriate Sales Manager of the lead as well as logging all merchant inbox enquiries via email and again logging, tagging and sending to the appropriate Sales Manager.

In addition, this role will involve some reporting and analysis from the Sales Force CRM system - in particular reporting on lead conversion by Sales Manager, lead source and category to assess which areas have delivered. The role will require regular visits to the Cambridge head office. As part of the sales co-ordination team, the candidate will be required to lead source on an ad-hoc basis at events as directed by the Sales Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors degree or equivalent.
* European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
* Other languages (pref. European).

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
* High level of commercial awareness with ability to understand and work with a wide variety of business models.
* Highly organised and results driven with proven experience of delivering growth through planning and execution.
* Passion for internet and online shopping.
* Experience in a retail/e-commerce company.
* Experience in using third party database/CRM services.
* Experience of working in a sales administration or business development role.
* Experience of lead generation and preparing sales materials or presentations.

REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to demonstrate achievement of results.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to present information verbally in writing to a wide range of audiences, including retailers.
* Good analytical skills with ability to analyse information and prepare basic financial data.
* Strong Excel skills with good knowledge of IT systems (Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) to produce documentation, presentations and reports.
* Flexible approach and able to respond to changing priorities.
