You will be part of a Department that is committed to championing best in class procurement and supply practices, building strong collaborative relationships through partnerships with our suppliers, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of procurement tasks.

Depending on your experience, you may find yourself leading teams of other procurement professionals. You'll certainly provide crucial support to Category Management teams in transactional and operational tasks. And you'll support a broad variety of activities - from opportunity analysis to the delivery of efficiencies, cost savings, and the management of supplier resources and contracts. What's more, you'll help us continue to develop new approaches.

A highly motivated individual with recent commercial and category management experience, you demonstrate the ability to manage ongoing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Knowledge and/or experience of contract management is strongly preferred. We expect you to have an understanding of the regulatory framework for public procurement. Ideally, you'll either hold or be working towards the CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply, or have a relevant business related experience.

Your commercial experience should include at least one of the following categories: ICT; professional services; fleet/travel; facilities management; R&D.
