* £20K - £25K basic salary + uncapped commission (£35K - £40KOTE first year, £50K - £70KOTE second year, £70K +OTE third year)

The role:

* Lead generation
* Canvassing for new business opportunities through cold-calling
* Winning new business by selling yourself and service over the phone to decision makers in a B2B environment
* Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals
* Managing the whole interview process relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and clients' opportunities to candidates
* Using your negotiation skills to secure and close the best deal for all parties.

What we are looking for:

* Graduate calibre -2:2 Bachelor degree or above is preferable although not essential
* Target driven, commission based sales or telesales experience is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm
