We are looking to recruit a talented Contracts Manager. Working for a Facilities management company in the Dudley area.
Candidate must ideally have a background of working in facilities Management.
Duties and responsibilities
* Day to day running of office
* Building relationships with current and new clients
* Good customer services skills
* Diary management
* Reporting to Facilities manager
* Good IT skills
* Dealing with all queries and problems
* Quotations
* Liaising with various clients and companies
* Ordering stock
* General administration duties
* Booking in engineers
* Processing orders
* Excellent typing skills
* Answering telephone
* Attention to detail / accuracy
* Work well under pressure
* Good team player
