The Corporate SAP Buyer is responsible for providing purchasing support to the Corporate Business Unit end users, in the form of on-site, group and one to one training, and electronic communications both internal and external. The role will also require to conducting competitive tendering (under £150k), developing and using e-catalogues and placing purchase orders in SAP as a Super- User.

Procurement:
- Daily buying (ad hoc) of goods and services not covered by strategic category contracts where competition enables better contracts or additional value.
- To effectively control the onsite buying office and execute all non-contract purchasing and on site procurement.
- To effectively integrate the Supply Chain with business users by ensuring excellent customer relationship and sound group interaction with the whole of the London Corporate Office with a wide range of internal customers (CEO to PA's)
- Provide effective and efficient administration and reporting to functions and direct manager.
- Works with the Category Manager and Category Specialists to develop a fact-based strategy and plan for a small spend categories or sub-categories which takes into consideration both demand and supply-side considerations.
- Engage and leads with internal stakeholders, Finance, IM and Global Share Services to generate ideas and opportunities.

Change Management:

- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage change resulting from deployment of SAP Procurement (Materials Management) in Corporate Offices.
- Create a target-centric communications system that ensures timely & accurate project information dissemination to stakeholders, key customers, company employees, and the project team by leveraging common tools and processes
- Ensure that a variety of communication vehicles and messages are designed and delivered

- Qualifications

Bachelor degree level, appropriate to the job and/or business administration or equivalents. Alternatively, a relevant combination of formal (procurement-related) qualifications and additional specialised studies.

-Essential Experience

Extensive Experience of using Materials Management module of SAP.

Experience in training end users

Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Data Intelligence or Marketing & Sales.

Experience of using eProcurement and eSourcing applications.
