Our Client in Lincoln is looking to recruit a Media Telesales Executive to start immediately..

Main Responsibilities will include:
*To keep an accurate record of clients details and all conversations with clients, together with relevant dates, on PSC.
*To ensure all clients are fully informed of rates, advertisement sizes, special offers, copy deadlines and advertising category sold into. Where appropriate to ensure that clients are sent the correct media pack.

*To record all sales calls on Daily Call Sheet
*To record details of all new clients on PSC Booking System
*To record details of all advertisement sales on the monthly sales schedule together with, where appropriate, the advertisement sales of the field sales executives

*To complete an Order Confirmation for all advertisement sales and prepare them for Email/ posting/faxing
*To chase advertisement copy and design advertisements where necessary
*To complete Copy Instruction Forms for Origination Department and ensure all copy is with the Origination Department by the deadline dates given.
*To write standard sales letters and where appropriate to write sales letters for special offers
*To book all orders onto the PSC Booking System to allow invoices to be issued
*To attend weekly sales meetings and prepare up-to-date sales schedules for Sales Manager
*To brief Sales Manager fully when problems arise and to make Sales Manager aware of any potential problems that may arise.
*To pass on all relevant information and assist the Credit Controller fully when disputes arise.

Targets:

*To contact a minimum of 45 clients each day
*To make at least 5 cold calls each day
*To generate the minimum level of target advertising revenue for any one issue
*To work, as part of a team, towards achieving the monthly targets set by the Sales Manager
*To ensure that at least 80% of Order Confirmations are returned signed.
*To only give discount to clients where it has been authorised by the Sales Manager and to ensure that no more than 10% discount is given to any customer over and above the normal discounts
*To ensure all Order Confirmations are sent or faxed on day booking taken.
*To book all orders onto the PSC Booking System within two days of the selling period ending

Hours: Monday- Friday- 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: £7 per hour
