An innovative events agency are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to continue their success. The agency is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Oxford, Gloucester and the surrounding areas. They manage high profile events, roadshows, conferences and award ceremonies on behalf on numerous household names and are looking to recruit a high calibre business development manager to establish and nurture new relationships with similar global clients.

The successful applicant will come from an events or production agency background and will have a holistic involvement in the business development process. This is not a telesales job. The Business Development Manager will not only contact the senior management of global blue-chip businesses but will take the brief, help to write the proposal and present the agency's offering in order to secure the business. The potential rewards for the right individual are massive with a basic salary of £40k and uncapped commission allowing earnings of up to c£90k.

The essential skills are:
- Experience working in an events or production agency.
- A passion for, and understanding of, events.
- A proven sales record.
- Fearless confidence coupled with charisma.
