This is a telesales role for a Northampton based Email Service Provider who are the preferred choice for email marketing campaigns with an effective delivery platform capable of handling any marketing campaign. Since their inception over 10 years ago, they have enjoyed massive success and have even developed another offering based around Data Lists both B2B and B2C. The team is young and fresh and come from a variety of backgrounds including advertising sales both on and offline and as well as marketing. Its a mixed cultural environment with a work hard, play hard environment. You can expect to go for beers every Friday and if you're lucky, the company may even pay for it. Every Quarter, there are various incentives to win go karting trips, holidays, team day out etc. If you truly are a successful sales person looking for somewhere to progress your career, then this company is definitely for you.
In this telesales role you will be speaking to and pitching Sales Directors, Marketing Directors right up to board level for some of the bigger deals. Whilst cold calling is an obvious part of the role, you will also be going out face to face to pitch and present to clients. Of course you can expect ongoing training and development especially in the areas of face to face presentations but the main thing is that you will enjoy coming to work in an environment where every day is a fresh and and exciting challenge. The main product you will be selling is the email marketing service platform. You can expect at least £30k as an ote for hitting target but its worth mentioning that the top performers are earning more.
To apply for this role you will have a provable track record in selling advertising / marketing solutions and will be able to demonstrate that you have hit target. Degree educated candidates would be preferred but this is not essential if you have the right experience. You will be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team where necessary and you will be able to thrive in a multi cultural environment.
