Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with a fantastic and large broker who are part of a larger network. Due to expansion they have a new role in their Commercial Small Business unit and are looking for a candidate with at least a year or two of Commercial Insurance experience who really want to push on and develop their career.
Role and responsibilities
- Provide a day-to-day technical, competent, responsive and efficient administrative service to clients.
- Client retention through the provision of a professional service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements; to advise, arrange and secure the appropriate cover at a competitive premium.
- To comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice and the Company’s own procedures and rules.
- Must work on the principal of treating customers fairly and behave in an ethical manner.
- The role will be varied and consist of renewals, day to day servicing and midterm adjustments, this broker have a separate team who deal with New Business.
- If you have achieved or started studying towards Cert CII that would be a benefit as the company are keen to get all their staff certified and will fully support your studies, training and development including study time off.
