Education Recruitment Consultant, – Part Time (3 days per week – Tuesday to Thursday)
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant ideally from within the Education Sector to join our team.
Leap Education was established in August 2006 and has gone from strength to strength over the years to become one of the main providers to schools across our region.
We dont pretend to be anything other than what we are and our main focus is providing a quality and cost effective service to schools.
The role of Education consultant ranges from developing new business, meeting with school Business Managers, Supply Coordinators and Head Teachers.
Sourcing and registering new candidates and placing them within various assignments.
This is a varied role and no two days are the same.
You would need to be an enthusiastic, motivated self starter with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of developing and retaining new business.
The ideal candidate must hold: -
- A minimum of 3 years experience within a Recruitment setting.
- Full Clean driving licence with the use of a car
