Due to a significant amount of growth over the last 5 years+ my client is looking to expand their European procurement function and therefore is looking for an experienced HR & Professional Services procurement professional.

You will take full end to end sourcing responsibility for all Temp, Perm, contingency labour, AWR, Auditing, Tax, Benefits and Consultancy spend, managing the category and driving the strategy in line with the business proposals. You will have extensive category management experience within a similar role, ideally within a global corporate environment or major brand.

Stakeholder engagement and management experience is key to succeeding within this position, engaging and presenting at a senior and board level will certainly give you the upper hand, as well as possessing a strong ambition to succeed and having an enthusiastic and outgoing approach to your work.

These kind of opportunities do not come up very often, my client is huge, the role is fantastic and the environment and culture is great too. I am looking for a driven and ambitious individual, who has the relevant category knowledge and is looking to cut their teeth in a European level role.

Experience:

- Track record of developing and implementing proactive supplier-sourcing strategies within HR or Professional Services category.
- Understand how to drive commercial innovation into the negotiations and subsequent contracts, drafting the supplier performance management in contracts to ensure the commercial innovation is sustainable and delivers real value.
- Responsible for SRM with the internal business group to measure and document performance levels, identify development areas, perform contract analysis and establish corrective action plans for improved performance and delivery.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to succeed in influencing and persuading team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have a level of personal and professional integrity, Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility.
