SALARY:c£40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
This corporate and M&A group is seeking to recruit solicitors with 2 to 5 yrs pqe, with UK experience, to join its highly experienced, very busy team. The work mainly falls into three categories - transactional, advisory and corporate support for other practice areas. The group covers a broad range of work, including public and private M&A, corporate finance (including equity capital markets), private equity transactions, LLPs and general corporate advisory. It is regularly involved in the largest and most complex, cross-border M&A transactions.
