Austin Fraser are working with their leading Property Management client near to Slough to find an experienced IT Business Analyst who can take ownership of a newly created role.

Key Accountabilities
Planning and Organisation
- Contribute to the strategic planning process, identifying interdependencies across projects, potential impacts on the wider business
- Provide timely project progress updates as defined in project scopes
-Lead and manage project working groups made up of internal staff and external suppliers to deliver project outputs
Solution Development
- Investigate and analyse business activities to create appropriate IT solutions in line with the business strategy
- Evaluate projects for delivery of business benefits
Training
- Designing and developing training and development tools, materials and solutions to facilitate successful implementation
- Delivering training in a range of methods i.e. 121, classroom, video
Testing
- Develop and implement testing plans to facilitate successful implementation of IT solutions
Business Improvement
- Identify areas of improvement that deliver benefit to the business in line with the strategic plan

- Successfully complete all tasks relating to the delivery of IT workstream projects
- Identify opportunities to maximise new business and develop appropriate IT solutions
