An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Director to lead the creation and delivery of commercial strategies which maximise the use of the University's campuses and facilities, growing income streams and improving the student experience. You will also provide strategic leadership for the existing business units which include catering, student accommodation, conferencing, sport and parking.

To be successful in this role you will be a strong leader with first class relationship management skills, a proven ability to influence and motivate staff and other stakeholders and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. You will be an established Commercial Manager/Director and your vision, drive and innovation will be evidenced by a successful track record of implementing new business developments with impressive results in terms of income generation and customer satisfaction. Your practical experience will be supported by a degree or equivalent professional qualification in business management or a related discipline.
