Position: eBook and Digital Partner Manager
Location: London
Salary: £Competitive depend on experience
Contract Type: Full time employee, Permanent
Working Hours: 9:00- 17:30 Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week

ROLE:
The eBook and Digital Website Manager / Partner Manager is responsible for managing key online, digital and third party vendor relationships partnerships for Radcliffe Publishing, Speechmark and Radcliffe Learning; e-commerce management of the Speechmark and Radcliffe websites; best practice in SEO and Google analytics across the Radcliffe and Speechmark portfolio; website development across the Radcliffe and Speechmark sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Be key relationship holder for Amazon and Amazon Kindle, Ingrams and other online vendor sites.
b) Ensure content is updated on a regular basis for all eBook and eLearning products on own publishing and third party sites. Track, monitor and analyse sales and traffic for own and partner websites.
c) Provide back up support for customer queries on product. Monitor stock supply and content for third party vendor sites. Provide relevant metadata to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
d) Work with marketing team and product development teams to identify new product opportunities. Assist colleagues in the marketing and product development teams with the planning and setting up of online campaigns and digital partner programs.
e) Carry out website updates to ensure the e-commerce websites are accurate; testing and development of new initiatives designed to improve the customer experience and journey and drive e-commerce sales. Data analysis and shop metrics: ensure shop metrics are continuously improved (traffic, engagement, conversions).
f) E-commerce lead: become the sprint lead within the team providing stories on a weekly basis; monitoring progression of stories and testing e-commerce improvement; shared knowledge: share finding, progress and best e-commerce practice on a monthly basis.
g) Work with the editorial and production team ensures all eBooks are uploaded onto Amazon Kindle and other third party eBook vendor sites; provide monthly sales reports from vendor sites.
h) Work with marketing, editorial and production team to ensure product pipeline of eBook and eProducts; monitor and report on competitor products and pricing; working with marketing teams test and track pricing initiatives.
i) Work with marketing team and web development team to update page content on a regular basis to improve to improve SEO. Work with editorial and marketing teams to ensure all content and product descriptions are SEO friendly. Work with the Speechmark Senior Marketing Manager to create and send out SM e-zines on a weekly basis. Track and monitor results.
j) Provide monthly reports and analytics on web traffic, e-commerce sales, competitor activities and sales of e-Books.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Analytics and attention to detail - maintaining accurate reporting systems.
b) Inter-team communication - communicating key information to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
c) Accuracy - maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail within all responsibilities.
d) Strong ROI focus, proven ability to analyse and respond to results.
e) Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
f) Good learner and flexibility with change.
g) This role requires excellent CSS / XHTML coding skills.
h) Experience using CSS / XHTML / Drupal to build web pages and websites.
i) Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload and plan project work.
j) Clear understanding and experience of the electronic publishing industry.
k) Good knowledge of analytics, forecasting and ROMI.
l) Proven PPC campaign management, SEO and e-mail skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Advanced excel an advantage.
