Location: Redditch x 3 days a week, Watford x 2 days a week
Salary: £35-£42K plus laptop, mobile and cash allowance
Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm, although must undertake hours to complete role
Our client is a market leader in their field and is looking for an Account Director to join their expanding team.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client
* Ensuring that you and your team keep all administration up to date, all relevant parties are briefed and Informed of project progress, managing pre-production meetings & Wip & status reports, ensuring projects are completed and despatched correctly and on time
* Responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered to agreed schedules
* Manage members of the Account team, mentor and develop the team members
* Ensuring the business is managed at a pre-agreed profit margin and is resourced
and charged in line with the contractual agreement
* To communicate, track and achieve financial targets
* Actively pursue new business on your account and to cross sell the Group where possible
* Prepare and present presentations for client
* To produce monthly management information packs as pre agreed with the client
* Attend and present at client/agency meetings
* Handle client disappointment or complaints professionally and effectively
* Work with other Departments to help deliver continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost and efficiencies
* Oversee all invoicing and ensure correct and delivered on time
* To manage any debt positions with the client to ensure prompt payments
* Delivery of Strategic Account Management Plan
* To work from the clients premises x2 days of a working week, the remaining x3 days at Redditch - days to be agreed with the client
* To set an example to the rest of the team ensuring positive attitude & excellent working relationships
