The successful Permanent Product Manager will based based in the organisations head office in Berkshire and will cover all aspects of product marketing from launching new products and Pricing to New Product Development and Life cycle Management. This is a Product Manager role that will be responsible for driving the product development in the UK and eventually across Europe whilst dealing with its largest partner retailers.
For the Permanent Product Manager role, the below skills are required:

- Manage and execute all aspects of product management including competitor analysis, product life cycle management, product cost control, new product development and product set up
- Be the expert of the product categories and the key internal "go to" authority
- Closely monitor competitor ranges, strategy, pricing architecture and strengths and weaknesses
- Partner with Brand Managers, Consumer Insights and R&D to analyse consumer trends, techniques, product categories and geographies to help identify trends and future sources of growth
- Proactively maintain all websites to ensure accuracy of product information
