3rd line Support Engineer required to work in a small team - should be used to handling projects on their own and have strong hands on experience in some of the following (in order of importance): RHEL 5x/6x (ideally ZFS on Linux) VMware (vSphere, vCentre, vMotion) Windows - Active Directory Firewall - inc VPN (ideally checkpoint/Cisco ASA) The following skills would also be useful: EMC SAN storage Netbackup Network - inc VLANs, WAN, and routing (ideally Cisco) Solaris - Zones and ZFS The ideal candidate will probably have a minimum of 5 years experience in a technical support role and be able to rate him/her self at the higher end of a scale of 0-5 (5 = Specialist) in each of the first 4 categories.
