Continuous Improvement Manager / Lean Manufacturing / DMAIC / FMCG / Newark
Due to continued success and growth, my leading client now requires a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive forward and support the development and deployment of structured continuous improvement activities to deliver best in class operational excellence.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will up skill the team by delivering CI workshops to cross functional audiences. You will support the embedding of a continuous improvement culture and the delivery of category plans and employee engagement.
The CI Manager will need to have the following experience;
-Experience delivering continuous improvement in the manufacturing industry
-Track record of delivering change initiatives as part of a structured plan and process
-Project Management background and strong problem solving skills
-Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and the capability and presence to educate others in these
-Coaching of lean manufacturing techniques
-An understanding of DMAIC/Six Sigma/VSM/SMED etc
