THE ROLE

The Retail Operations Executive will act as the 'middle man' between the sales team and the store staff. They will be responsible for ensuring that all information is relayed correctly to the store, and instructions are carried out.

The Retail Operations Executive will ensure that promotions and events are executed seamlessly, with enough stock and POS materials in place.

THE PERSON

The successful candidate will have come from a Retail store background, ideally in a management capacity. They will be a graduate, with superior communication and analytical skills. It will be essential for the successful candidate to be able to think of their feet and to be able to come up with random solutions to problems.
