Overview

This client has had a reorganisation and has a relatively new Head of Procurement in place. Lots going on in terms of change and transformation (Procurement).

They are looking for a number of permanent Sourcing Experts. This one is focusing on all the non-IT (except Marketing) - Categories: Professional Services (Legal, Consultancy.), Property/Facilities management, HR etc.

Basic £50k to £60k + benefits + bonus.

To support the Senior Lead Non-IT Sourcing in determining and managing the sourcing strategy within a defined category or sub categories, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure a robust methodology is utilised to identify requirements, search and appraise appropriate supply sources and negotiate contracts. To manage the Group sourcing process, including a detailed category market analysis and preparation of materials/reporting formats for management gateways. The job holder will also support the Senior Lead Non-IT Sourcing in providing sourcing and procurement advice to designated business areas, acting as a category centre of expertise to the business, and will contribute to the wider strategic planning of the Sourcing Team.

Requirements:

Must have blue chip non-IT (especially Professional Services) strategic sourcing experience
