Our client is a world leading healthcare company with an exceptionally innovative and successful track record working within the OTC market. Our client currently has a very exciting opportunity working as a Senior Brand Manager to cover the South East Region.

The Role:
Reporting to a Category Manager; the role of the NHS Senior Brand Manager will be to increase the portfolio performance of selected healthcare brands by developing strategic marketing solutions; tailored to the corporate and brand priorities at a national and local level; and aligned with NHS customer agenda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Measurably increase the portfolio performance of selected healthcare brands by developing strategic marketing solutions; tailored to the corporate and brand priorities at a national and local level; and aligned with NHS customer agenda.
Evaluate the impact of key NHS trends and policies and develop value propositions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals; KOL's; customers and patients.
Develop; recommend and co-ordinate strategic and operational brand business plans and manage the effective deployment of own marketing and project related budget from brand teams.
Develop breakthrough communication to Healthcare professionals.
Work collaboratively with the brand teams in the development of marketing plans; appropriate marketing tools and materials to drive growth in selected healthcare products.
Monitor relevant legislation; medical issues; trends and guidelines in the UK and identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Ensure Compliance to the ABPI; relevant Codes of Conduct and Standard Operating Processes at all times
Deliver tailored NHS focused marketing solutions aligned with brand and company strategy.
Manage projects on schedule to timelines and budget for completion against defined project plans

Required Competencies:
Educated to a high standard with demonstrable healthcare or NHS marketing knowledge and experience gained in FMCG; OTC or Pharmaceutical markets
Knowledge of relevant healthcare practices; codes of conduct & NHS policies and how these impact marketing plans
Strong evidence of where you have brought new ideas to a business and seen them through to execution.
Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies; tactics and measurable implementation in line with opportunities and changes within the market
Insightful; with the ability to consolidate complex information; interpret & construct straightforward plans.

Package:
Up to £55;000 plus excellent bonus and benefits
