A fast learner with great communication skills that is able to positively influence through Training, who can work and adapt with a highly dynamic and growing environment and effectively manages diversity with the workplace.
- Work with UK Marketing team to develop effective sales presentation materials to support training delivery and facilitate Lebara's Sales training and development catering to all learning styles and other capability building initiatives
- Act as business lead for sales knowledge across ethnic channels and establish effective measurement and reporting to drive improvements
- Work with UK Marketing to champion customer experience delivered by sales teams to consumers
- Own Sales Team induction process for new sales starters in conjunction with HR team to ensure relevant knowledge is acquired
- Continuously assess working practices, monitor training feedback and course assessments with a view to improving quality and delivery
- Provide Sales Managers with monthly regional and individual performance status reports regarding quality evaluation, training courses delivered, KPIs and performance improvements
- Provide robust support to all UK Sales, Promotions & merchandising teams through consistent communication of agreed company selling techniques/proposition knowledge & promotional change
- Work closely with Sales Managers to provide support & assistance of new product launch execution of identified tiered regions as directed by UK Head of Sales Operations & UK Marketing team
- Prepare Monthly/Weekly performance review of KPI targets with UK Head of Sales Operations and present to UK Sales Director
- Recommendations for change as required
- Reviewing all qualitative and quantitative targets against KPI targets including proposition knowledge/sales techniques and monitoring of all sales projects, and suggesting any correction measures for each channel if sales targets are not achieved

Experience:
- Successful track record with sales background preferably in the ethnic market - Previous experience in leading and delivering training initiatives as well as motivating and developing people to achieve results
- Proven record of skills based training development implementation.
- Experience in delivering best practice initiatives through collaboration with Marketing.
- Experience in working with multi-national and multi-cultural teams.
- Proven success in influencing key individuals and promoting change beyond immediate sphere of influence
- Experience of managing projects, people and processes.
- Can show clear examples of having a planned approach to work and achieving results to meet goals and targets.
