My client operate on a global scale saving the lives of millions. They are looking for a driving and confident commercially minded Head of Finance to take over the fund raising team.
The department look to inspire the nation, from individuals to large corporations looking to raise as much money as possible for their cause.
You will be responsible for supporting and driving the fundraisers to achieve significant income growth and effective cost control.
You will work with and influence senior stakeholders, including Fund raising Senior Team, Director and CFO. You will also build successful working relationships with other divisions to ensure the financial plans are aligned with the rest of the organisation.
You will have a Business Partner mindset, and a proven strategic ability.
You will challenge the Senior team and take ownership to make sure the financial plans are aligned with the rest of the organisation.
You will be a strong financially qualified individual with the ability to provide financial support to evaluate new initiatives.
You will drive development and business analysis tools for reviewing performance and making decisions about investment and strategy and support the use of these tools across the department.
You will be commercially driven and have a similar background.
You will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to drive and develop a high performing team.
You will look to improve and implement change where necessary.
