Where you'll be working

What you'll be doing

As part of our Events Sales Office team you'll be there to handle all of our Conference and Events enquires and convert them into definite pieces of business right through to contract stage.

With the support of your manager, you'll work on driving conversion, through your fantastic sales and negotiation skills.

You'll make sure that you're totally dedicated to understanding and communicating every last detail of each event, giving a smooth handover to the Events Co-ordination and Operations teams and a fantastic event to remember for our guests.

Our Events Sales Office teams thrive on pressure and just can't wait to convert that next sale!

What you'll need
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive.
To enjoy the buzz of being busy.
To be smart and well presented.
Excellent communication skills including spoken and written English.
To be totally sales driven, with sound selling and negotiation skills.
Significant previous experience in a similar sales position.
Good numeracy and literacy.
Previous operational knowledge and experience of IT Events Diary Management system preferably Delphi an advantage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
