Our client has exciting expansion plans and they have a requirement for an experienced Credit and Operations Manager to work with the Head of Bridging in structuring and underwriting their deals.

Working in both the residential and commercial property sectors our client provides bridging finance in tranches ranging typically from £100,000 - £20m.
As a result of their increased business levels they seek a commercially minded candidate who has credit, management and relationship skills to both manage the existing team as well as liaise with clients and colleagues to facilitate good quality business.

Candidates for this excellent career opportunity must have a strong property finance background, ideally (but not essentially) from within the bridging industry.
The requirement for strong credit and structuring skills will need to be demonstrated in your CV as well as your ability to manage the operational function of the Department.
Regrettably, candidates who have been working as Brokers will not be considered for this role unless the majority of their experience has been with a bank or other lender.

This is a hands on role and you will be managing the loan book as well as working with the business development team to ensure the Company secure quality business. You will really enjoy working as part of an ambitious team within a fast paced environment.
