We are looking for passionate people, like us, to help push our UK Brand Store to new heights. People who can communicate and spread the word. People to present the human face of Samsung to the world, who care about giving the right experience. People to be part of our London retail team.

The Team Leader will ensure their employees have the tools, motivation and skill to inspire and delight every customer.

Responsibilities:

•     Day to day team management ensuring they are informed, inspired and motivated to achieve the store goals

•     Ownership and delivery of Sales, Service and Operations targets
•     Responsibility for the Personal Development Plans of the team, resulting in maximum profit for the store and maximum reward for the team

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in managing a team with demonstrable examples of achieving outstanding performance.
You will be a first class communicator, someone who relishes accountability and adopt to recognising and developing the strengths in their staff.
