Further informationOur client, a retailer based in Derby requires an experienced HR Manager on a permanent basis. As the HR Manager you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is hands-on with both strategic and operational HR responsibility for 200+ staff alongside being at the core of the company as PA to the MD.

Key responsibilities - You will take responsibility for all day to day HR issues leading on employee relations, recruitment and the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have proven generalist HR experience, discretion and confidentiality, together with good organisational skills and contagious enthusiasm are all essential attributes in this senior management role.
