We're currently recruiting for an Interim HR Manager for a Manufacturer based in Surrey. As the Interim HR Manager you will report into the Managing Director. This position is offered on a 6-9 month basis on a daily rate.

You will be expected to have knowledge and experience in the following;

•     Policies and Procedures
•     Employee Relations
•     Recruitment
•     Projects
•     Training and Development
•     Management

Essential requirements

•     Member of the Chartered Institute of the Personnel and Development
•     5 years + within an HR Management function, at least 3 years of which will have been spent in a unionised environment.
•     Significant employment legislative / good practice experience
•     Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•     Experience of HR Project work
