The European School of Economics (ESE) is a private College of Higher Education in international business, offering unique bachelor, master, MBA, and certificate programmes at its centres in London, New York, Rome, Milan, Florence and Madrid.
ESE graduates are among the most competitive business professionals on the market, prepared for leadership roles in international marketing, finance, communication and management.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic executive to lead our sales and promotional activity for ESE. The role will involve representing the European School of Economics at recruitment fairs, helping to organise Open Days, conducting talks in schools and colleges. In addition you will provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
You will have strong IT skills and organisational skills.
Flexibility is essential, you will be able to work some evenings and weekends and will be willing to travel in the UK.
Experience of student recruitment within Higher Education would be desirable but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prospect qualified students.
* Explain and interpret admissions policies and procedures to prospective students.
* Generate reports that track progress toward enrollment goals.
* Explain benefits and objectives of ESE's philosophy and its degree and certificate programs.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of all academic programmes.
* To identify new potential relationships and secure meetings
* Attend 1-1 meetings to discuss their needs and opportunities to work with ESE
* Organise networking and learning events and generate interest
* Raise the profile of the Business School by delivering talks.
Essential Experience/Skills:
* Skilled negotiator at all levels
* Proven ability to overcome objections and influence outcomes
* Experience in a sales/marketing environment
* Efficient administrator and time manager
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Desired Experience/Skills:
* Knowledge and experience of the education sector
* A Masters qualification
Personal Attributes:
* Energetic and enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude
* Self-motivated and requiring little support
* Excellent organisational skills
