 A global wealth management business with an unrivalled presence and reputation worldwide. This Private Banking business is part of larger banking group and prides itself in its ability to operate as a boutique bank within a global brand.
This highly performing and profitable business is continuing to expand its presence in the international expatriate banking.

Role:
 Through further investment into this already well established but vastly growing Wealth Manager a unique opportunity has arisen for a proven senior leader to build and lead divisional managers responsible for portfolios of HNW individuals based in London. This is a senior director role with responsibility for the whole London Relationship Management Business and its planned future growth.

Requirements:

* Proven leadership experience within Banking or Financial Services.
* Proven first or second line leadership experience
* Strong commercial awareness and appreciation of economic changes
* Motivational leader with a clear passion for inspriring team to success
* Proven track record of success and performance as a sales manager/supervisor
* The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Wealth Management however this is not essential.
* Experience of building and developing front office teams
* Experience developing and driving strategies for growth
