Immediate Start

1st Executive is currently working with a leading UK Building Contractor who is embarking on an exciting period of growth/change within their procurement functions across theUK.
Due to this they are looking to recruit a number of Interim Senior Buyers/Category Leads to pick up a number of projects/ categories within the construction category.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working within the construction procurement space and be confident of hitting the ground running.
You will be handling a wide spectrum of categories across the construction space with a focus around direct procurement including Materials, MRO and Plant.
Ideally you will be happy working on a project based role or in central category function, posses strong stakeholder/client engagement skills and be confident working autonomously as required.

This role(s) are being offered on a Ltd company basis and the initial contract will be for 6 months however there is a strong possibility that this could be extended.
As there are a number of positions and projects within the business a flexible approach to location is required as there are a number of projects throughout theUK.

Requirements:
* Construction/ building contractor background
* CIPS/MCIPS Qualified
* Proven track record of delivering savings throughout career
* Direct category expertise including plant, MRO and Capital equipment
* Immediately available with a flexible approach to location
