We are looking for passionate people, like us, to help push our UK Brand Store to new heights. People who can communicate and spread the word.
People to present the human face of Samsung to the world, who care about giving the right experience. People to be part of our London retail team.

Our Sales Associates are responsible for delivering sales on a generalist or product specialist basis, by creating excitement and using the Samsung "Delight and Inspire" model. This means:

•     Never Failing to deliver an outstanding customer experience
•     Ensuring the store embodies Samsung brand values at all times
•     Being a great communicator who is friendly, energetic and with a sunny disposition
•     Having a passion for technology and innovation
•     Being able to technically translate the features and benefits of products and how they interact with each other

To be successful in these roles you will have experience in customer facing roles within a retail, technology or professional environment, you will need to understand and embrace the selling process and the importance of the customer experience.
