Account Manager - Industrial Division
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm Friday
We are looking to recruit an account manager to support the growth of our Industrial team. This role is to work alongside the consultants ensuring all job vacancies are suitably managed in accordance with policies and procedures and all client relationships are maintained
Reporting to the Branch Manager, duties will include:
1. To use all forms of media to establish:
a. New Applicants within the defined sectors
b. New companies from candidate CV's within the defined sectors
2. To source sales leads and find appropriate contact information dictated by buoyant client sectors
3. To be a first point of contact for all applicant enquiries including email, web and telephone.
4. To be responsible for telephone and competency based interviews.
5. To be responsible for consistent cleansing of temporary worker availability ensuring quality information is stored to assist productive vacancy marketing campaigns.
6. To undertake weekly temporary worker customer care calls as needed and help with events
7. To build ongoing relationships with clients and prospect clients
Person Specification:
A proven history of success in a fast paced customer service role
Experience working to deadlines
A Level or equivalent education, well presented & articulate with the ability to converse with consumers and clients at all levels
Knowledge of staffing and recruitment would be useful but not essential
Skills Required:
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Ability to use information technology systems (including Microsoft Office, Windows, Email and Internet Browsers)
Ability to think and act quickly and appropriately in a pressured situation
Ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications and processes quickly
Self disciplined individual who is also able to take instructions, adapt to new priorities and meet tight deadlines when required of them, whilst remaining thorough and focussed on delivering high quality output
