Business Information Manager , Financial Systems Manager , Senior Business Analyst or Business Relationship Manager .

Mix of business experience and process knowledge of Finance, Legal & Audit functions. Strategy and Planning to align IT with business solutions and system designs. Business analysis and project management of IT systems in line with SDLC. SAP environment plus consolidation and reporting technologies. IT Business Relationship Manager/Business Analyst with experience working closely with Finance teams.

Part of IT, the Business Information Management Team supports all HQ functions, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and HR, identifying needs and making effective use of technology, centrally and across the European affiliates. IT systems must align with business strategy, and investment must be demonstrably beneficial. SAP is the main business application. We now seek an experienced, motivated individual to join the Business Information Management Team, to focus on Finance, Legal & Audit business initiatives and solutions.

Currently a Business Relationship or Business Information Manager , or Senior Business Analyst or Financial Systems Manager , your background will be a mix of business experience and process knowledge of finance and compliance functions along with a sound understanding of business analysis and project management of IT systems, in line with the early phases of the systems development life cycle. You must have worked with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a European/global organisation, engaging support for appropriate initiatives, turning business strategy and planning into business system designs and blueprints, having undertaken cost/benefit/risk analysis assessments and identified appropriate solutions, vendors and third party suppliers.

You will be of graduate calibre preferably with a relevant finance business qualification. You should have a sound knowledge of SAP or a similar financial system plus exposure to consolidation and reporting technologies. Ideally your experience will have been gained in a complex, high value, outsourced IT environment. With gravitas and a customer focus you'll have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships in a European context and manage business benefit. You'll balance interests, communicate clearly and effectively, influence outcomes and create confidence at all levels. Experience of a regulated industry is preferred.
