Are you an experienced procurement consultant with expertise in Social Care?
An exciting interim opportunity has arisen with a large Public Sector organisation in central Essex who are looking to bring in an experienced interim to support a major transformation project within their high-spend Social Care category.
For an initial contractual period of 6 months, you will be an ambassador for procurement and its delivery, educating and influencing senior stakeholders within the Social Care team, and developing a category strategy for sourcing and reviewing existing contracts. You will lead and inspire a small team, driving VFM and best practice going forward.
The successful candidate will:
- Experience in the Social Care procurement category
- A track record of delivering projects in the Public Sector
- Working knowledge of EU procurement guidelines / OJEU
- Experience developing a Category Management strategy
