Role -
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a team of Territory Managers / Clinical Nurse Advisors (Initially a small team but with the remit to grow recruit and grow over the next 12 months) who are responsible for the sale of a comprehensive range of single use and reusable surgical instruments to medical products into NHS and Private Hospitals.. The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with ensuring his / her "team" hit sales targets / objectives and are effectively managing existing business and generating new revenue streams.
The position will afford the appointed person considerable responsibility for all day to day management tasks including -
* Delivering on sales target
* Recruitment / Disciplining
* Field Visits / Territory Manager assessments
* Motivating

Applicant -
* Proven Man Manager or team leadership experience within current sales role
* Proven track record of success selling (and managing / mentoring a team that sell) to Hospital markets.
* Track record of delivering against target.
* Drive, determination, kudos - the right applicant will be hungry for ongoing career development / promotion.
* An activity driven man manager.
