Senior Contracts Administrator - NK/14092

Digby Morris' client is a leading construction consultancy firm with over 50 years' experience in the building and construction industry. They are currently involved in some of the largest building and infrastructure projects across in the Middle East and require a Senior Contracts Administrator/Contracts Manager for a major hotel development in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities:

-Demonstrate strong personal presence and to represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, developing strong working relationship with clients.

-Demonstrate management experience with a track record of developing people.

-Confidence and ability to deal with clients and all managers at a senior level.

-Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, using every opportunity to create new business.

-Managing the delivery of work won, both through hands-on involvement where appropriate and through management of staff within the team.

-Coach and mentor all team members, developing staff to support development of the business.

-Internal commercial management within business unit.

-Work collaboratively to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects while liaising with key stakeholders.

-Proactively develop service excellence including the utilisation of technology to support business delivery.

-Demonstrate strong personal presence at all stages of the project including actively seeking feedback.

-To represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, developing strong working relationship with clients.

-Deliver the agreed scope of works plus the leadership and management of meetings with the client, supply chain, and stakeholders.

-Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case / client brief stage.

-Work with client stakeholders and operational team to deliver project solutions that support the operational model.

-Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment through knowledge and awareness of and adherence to the company's policy.

-Considerable interaction with staff from all relevant sections, requiring disciplined management of priorities, good communication and accurate and timely information flow.

Skills/Experience

-MRICS & BSc essential
-Consultancy experience desired
-FIDIC experience
