An opportunity has arisen within our Marketing department for a Trade Marketing Manager to join us on for a 12-month duration , based in our Telford , Shropshire UK head office.

As our Trade marketing manager you will be responsible for developing marketing programmes targeted to Field Sales to increase brand presence and market share, and improve customer satisfaction. He/she will work closely with the sales teams to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and targets and are focused on driving sales of all products and services via all sales route to markets.

Other responsibilities of a Trade marketing manager include among others:-

- Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share and customer satisfaction, analysing customer spend trends and patterns

- Leading development of the field sales Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product and service categories

- Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans

- Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programmes designed to increase sales and awareness

- Ensuring alignment across Sales and Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with key areas of the business

- Working with tools and customers to provide category and customer insights to drive performance

- Study market share, market evolution & trends and undertake competitor analysis to understand the marketplace within which Field sales operates

- To develop customer focus groups and to obtain direct customer feedback concerning the sales proposition

In return, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus.
