The Role & Expectations

Project Management:

Focus on the end to end project management, with specific deliverables around:
* On-site contact point for all sales and marketing associates
* MIS/Workflow system expert
* Creating, managing and reporting on timelines for each project.
* Reconciliation of projects to SLA and end of campaign reporting
* Ensuring compliance to clients process (PR - PO etc)
* Loading briefs on MIS (will be business as usual plus adhoc briefings)

Design management:

* Face to face taking of briefs (monthly)
* Lead design process to ensure objectives are met in best way (Lead production - though managing project management team from Head Office)

Production Management:
* Challenge the norm for best in class activation (New ideas)
* Management of production through to delivery (Utilising head office Project management support)

Account Management:
* Challenge client on what we do to establish best in class process and execution
* Source and share new ideas (External, Boots, Tesco and cross divisional)

Help create and develop a new range of reporting and ways of working:
* Creating style guides for each brand
* Retailer guidelines
* Updated SOP's
* Map process and ownership
* New briefing form process

Background
Perfect candidate would be from a Design agency, with some knowledge of POS/print, marketing understanding.

The Person
* Need to be customer service driven
* Cope with a high pressure environment, deal with multiple tasks and ensure they all happen
* System focused (Management Information System and Artwork approval), to keep control of schedules
* Administration focused and process driven
* Ability to deal with a multitude of different personalities, from Sales people, marketing, procurement and category
* Relationship builder, must be easy to get on with, professional and friendly
* Have the ability to recognise sales opportunities and not settle for the norm, push new ideas and suggestions
* Patience, so many different levels of personality and ability
