A leading national Food manufacturer is recruiting NOW for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work a permanent days 4 on 4 off shift (20 banked shifts) at their Nottinghamshire facility. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer requires a track record within a food environment and have experience of lean manufacturing techniques.

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have the drive to help move the existing team forward with the introduction of new processes and ideas and is a great opportunity to create maximum impact on site.

Job Description:

As Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

- Carrying out Reactive and Planned Preventative schedule Maintenance on site
- Engineering training on site
- PLC fault finding and diagnosis
- Working within self organising teams supporting other departments.
- Facilitating Projects

All applicants must have a time served fully indentured apprenticeship (or equivalent) and have worked within an Food environment.

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer should have experience / skills / background in:

- Excellent fault finding
- Good PLC knowledge
- Packaging Machinery
- Filling Machinery
- Sealing Machinery
- Tray Erecting Machinery

In return the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, for working on day shift ( 4 On/ 4 Off) we are offering a yearly rate £32,000.
