Duties:
* To contact and follow up on all leads from clients & recruiters within the defined sectors
* To contact new companies from candidates CVs and establish relationships
* To work to targets and excel in a fast paced sales environment
* To pitch and tender for high volume business
* To attend networking events and proactively promote the business

Person Specification:

* A proven history of success in a local B2B sales role
* Tenacious, driven, motivated person with a consultative approach
* Experience of working to deadlines
* Well presented & articulate with the ability to converse with consumers and clients at all levels
* Knowledge of staffing and recruitment would be useful but not essential
* Driving license and use of vehicle for business purposes

Skills Required:
* Highly developed oral and written communication skills

* Ability to use information technology systems (including Microsoft Office, Windows, Email and Internet Browsers)

* Ability to think and act quickly and appropriately in a pressured situation

* Ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications and processes quickly

* Self disciplined individual who is also able to take instructions, adapt to new priorities and meet tight deadlines when required of them, whilst remaining thorough and focussed on delivering high quality output
