Are you an FM & Property Procurement Manager looking for the opportunity to drive the delivery of complex, global strategic sourcing initiatives? Our client is a, a market leading provider of consultancy and BPO solutions in the Procurement advisory market is looking to supplement the growth of their business with the addition of and FM & Property category expert.

Role:
The jobholder will design and deliver strategic procurement solutions across the Global FM & Property category space, on behalf of an impressive portfolio of FTSE 100 / Global 500 clients. It is expected that the jobholder take responsibility for delivering category management services including strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement.
Key to your success in this role will be an ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and balance multiple, concurrent, sourcing projects delivering ultimate customer satisfaction.

Remit of the role covers both Hard and Soft Services including Repair and Maintenance, M&E, HVAC, Janitorial & Landscaping, Security, Catering, Building Fabric Maintenance, Refurbishment and Fit-outs, Move Management, Corporate Real Estate, Rents, Lease Administration and Brokerage Services.

Experience:
Applications are welcomed from candidates presenting experience gained in the Procurement functions of Financial Services and Consultancy organisations, or from the supply side of the FM market.

- Excellent FM and Property category experience - with some experience of Real Estate and Lease Administration
- Ability to demonstrate delivery of international/global sourcing projects
- Excellent Supplier Management experience
- Some experience of people/team leadership
- Highly numerical and analytical
- Strong communicator and negotiator at all levels
- An additional language skill is preferable (ideally German)
- Ideally educated to Degree level and MCIPS qualified
