Our client is a well regarded full service law firm and is looking for a strong Private Client Solicitor/Partner to join its busy Leeds office.
You will have lots of experience of dealing with a range of private client matters, in particular high net worth matters; this will include trusts, wills and probate. More specifically you will be dealing with Letters of Administration, Inheritance Act issues, drafting wills and much more.
As well as handling your caseload, you will also be required to run the department; this will include managing a small team of fee earners and developing new and existing client relationships. Our client is looking for someone who not only has experience of dealing with commercial clients, but someone who has the technical ability to work the existing client base and be able to utilise the potential that it currently offers. You will also be able to generate new clients and independent work - our client is looking for someone who can really drive the department forward.
Candidates who have around 7+ years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
