We are currently looking for an electrically biased HVAC maintenance engineer to join a team within a long and established contract in central London, working for a very prestigious and recognised HVAC maintenance service provider.
Ideally looking for an apprenticeship trained or time served candidate who has worked within the Building services HVAC sector for a minimum of 3/ 5 years. The candidate should be familiar with all electrical and HVAC systems and have proven track record of working within the industry.
The duties will encompass liaising with the client, covering planned preventative maintenance and attending to equipment breakdowns, preparing risk assessments, method statements, dealing with sub contractors and carrying out small works etc.
Candidates should have a minimum of City and Guilds Electrical Installations or similar and have 17th Edition certification. You should also have hands on experience of all of the following: Single and 3 phase power, control panels, emergency lighting, UPS, AHUs, fan coil units, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, heating and air conditioning systems.

£28,000 to £29,000 basic salary
