About the role:
You will contribute to the creation of the Look and Feel of the Lebara brand. You will create design concepts, that help Lebara execute its sales, marketing and retention strategies using consistent, professional, relevant and challenging designs:
1. Design Strategy
* To work with the other designers to help develop the Look and Feel of the Lebara brand to deliver exciting design concepts that can be deployed throughout the communications mix.
* To work within defined Look and Feel guidelines to ensure that brand communication materials are professional and consistent.
* To interpret the needs of local country marketing managers to ensure that Lebara's design output meets the needs of a diverse and changing customer base

2. Design Delivery
* To complete designs for a broad variety of communications tools including but not limited to:
 SIM product packaging;
handset product packaging;
mobile user guides; posters and billboard campaigns;
 sales support materials;
in-store materials including light-boxes, display stands, window stickers, corporate marketing literature,
merchandising materials including pens, T-Shirts, mouse mats, balloons, and jackets, logos, and icons
* To contribute to recommendations for the type of and use of imagery to form part of designs delivered § 3. Team Work
* To support other members of the UK design team - assisting as and when required
* To enter into a dialogue with the country marketing managers to promote sharing of design ideas and future requirements
* To update the weekly report showing deliverables and projects in progress.

Who we're looking for:
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Qualification:
- Min A-C Grades at GCSE or equivalent including English Language Skills:
- Proficient at In design, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Digital experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to role and requirements
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload
- Able to stay calm under pressure and deal with difficult situations, irate and rude customers using tact and diplomacy Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a Mobile Operator
