We are looking for an experience Product Manager for the UK market. A key part of the role will be to identify needs of sales and products to be successful in the region, to be able to atriculate trends in the market and requirements for the dedicated products.

To define, develop and maintain the Productline strategy and regional product portfolio, within the framework of the global strategy and portfolio, to secure long term strategic growth in this category and support growth in Ceramics

To collaborate in the productline team to ensure alignment between regional and global work and activity.

Qualification and skills requested from the Product Managers role

* Experience in NPD processes and launches
* Experience in Productmanagement or related fields
* Regional market experience
* Personal drive for improvement and rational business decisions
* Communication ability to work across functions and run discussions with colleagues in all levels
* Communication ability to translate regional inputs and experience into commercial (local & global) sellable product requirements

Excellent commend of regional language and good commend of English language

* Enthusiasm in working with internal and external contacts
* Excellent skills in SSDW and MS Office (i.e. excel, powerpoint, etc)
* Flexibility and seniority; i.e. work independent, change management

Some travelling to Germany possibly monthly.
