Working with the Store Manager to proactively drive trade through ensuring visual theatre, excitement and exceptional Retail standards for the store

To drive the trading mentality by working closely with store Retail teams to effectively merchandise the product, and support the overall look and feel of the store and maximising sales and profit .

Responsible for:

* Maximising the resources both in terms of the people and available kit to deliver a consistent look and feel throughout the store which reflects the brand.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

* Works with the Store Manager to agree priority focus areas for each category.
* Establishes and maintains lines of communication with in-store Visual and Retail teams across all categories
* Works closely with the Regional Visual Manager in defining, setting and implementing best practice across the Store and Cluster.
* Champions standards and best practice on all House Brands.
* Recruits, trains, coaches and develops high calibre staff for the Visual team.
* Coaches and develops the Sales management team and their teams to improve their merchandising skills.
* Monitors Key objectives set for individuals and teams following up within agreed time frames.
* Is astute and responsive to sales tends and recommends appropriate actions across the store and cluster.
* Forward plans and monitors use of all generic and event point of sale materials in store.

Skills and Experience required:

* Will have already held a Senior position within a Visual Merchandising Team in a large Multi Brand environment.
* Has experience of successfully managing and developing at all levels.
* Has consistently demonstrated a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Demonstrates an understanding of how to work with policies and procedures to deliver.
* Has a proven track record of delivering visual excellence.
* Has experience at managing budgets and cost control on projects and promotions.
* Computer literate.

* Flexible to support or provide Visual Management cover to other stores within the region as required or to meet the needs of the business.
